Lovely suite looking out to the orchard. Enjoyed the port tasting, river cruise and the meals. Staff all very helpful. It was a lovely 2 nights of luxury and a great place to rest.

I visited with my wife in February which is an off season for tourist, additionally the weather is windy and cold The property is beautifully located in the nature with birds chirping in the morning, and town church bell ringing… It is truly a fairytale experience. Couples should experience the Suite Room only !!! Worth the experience The staff here are super cooperative and wines definite to try at Quinta Da Pacheca… Look forward to visit again some time soon All in all, I’m glad to make a good choice of staying 02 nights at this hotel

Situated in a former 18th-century wine estate, this luxury hotel overlooks vineyards and the Douro Valley. The staff in all areas of the hotel were pleasant, efficient, informative and very happy to help in anyway possible. The hotel is beautiful and the view over the river is beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and we had dinner in the hotel one evening which was wonderful. The other night we ate in a local more traditional restaurant which the hotel booked for us and was a good choice too. Pinhão is lovely and the hotel was an oasis of calm after a busy stay in Porto.

We very much enjoyed the managers cocktails and speaking w/ the gentleman when choosing our wines by the glass in the tasting room.
