I had a small terrace which was also nice. They provided a fruit basket as a welcome gift which was most appreciated. Great breakfast and the hotel's restaurant is also nice, glad I had dinner there one night. Been so close to some major tourist attractions was also awesome.

It was definitely a five star experience from the welcome desk and personal orientation to our room to the tranquil spa and everything in between. The staff really made us feel comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to Porto and waterfront shopping and restaurants. And the view from our room was spectacular overlooking the river. We would love to stay again!

First, the location is in the old town with Walking access to some of the major historical sites. Staff, particularly Rodrigo at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Rodrigo offered us Porto wine and chocolates on arrival, booked restaurants and made recommendations. The Turkish bath and pool were wonderful to come home to after sightseeing. I will definitely come back here on my next visit to Porto, the hotel itself is beautiful, an oasis in the heart of the city

The restaurant is excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.
