We greatly appreciated the simplicity of the accommodations. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff was welcoming, both friendly and good humoured. The breakfast was basic and self-serve, providing a healthy start to the day. The location is fine as it is out in the scenic countryside away from the noise in town. It was a step up from the usual travelodge or windham in that everything was fresher -- not so tired as most accommodations at the same price level. We look forward to staying again next month
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
Great place to stay with a view of Digby harbour. The room we had was not in the main building but in a motel setting with an amazing view of the harbour. I was very happy with the room, the breakfast and all aspects of the stay. A very short walk to downtown/harbour.
Our stay was excellent. A lovely heritage guest house, everything you could want. Very clean, room had high bed but it was comfortable. Lovely furniture, everything was a high standard. Breakfast was lovely. Free parking on site.
We could see the ocean from the motel. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The motel was close to a grocery store and gas station. We were minutes away from the Digby Ferry and an hour drive to Brier Island for the most amazing whale watching tour. We booked in advance and got a really good price.
Small cosy motel that provided just what you needed for your stay in Digby. Close walking distance to everything in town. Beautiful view over the bay in Digby
Great location on the Digby waterfront. The motel has a small sheltered deck on the water for guests' use - a great spot to sit and read on a sunny day. Everything in Digby is within walking distance. Excellent shower with lots of hot water.
Room was big, beds were comfortable, and motel was in walking distance of restaurants. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Would recommend staying here.
For the price and location, everything was above average. Would have wished for a King bed, but it's a small B&B.
Staff very friendly and breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choices.
Free parking out back.
