The location was right beside the ferry and a short walk into town and to the forested trails. The room is simply furnished and is certainly adequate for one or two nights if you don’t have high expectations. But the price was very high during high season. Everything was clean, and the management was very friendly. The town itself is lovely and had a lot to offer. Even for more then one or two days.

We had a large room with a little table and chairs and a desk so there was ample space. Appreciated the coffee maker and mini fridge in the room, and there was a microwave down the hall. At this time of the year, many of the restaurants are closed but there is a well stocked grocery store in town. After a day outside, there may have been traffic outside the motel but it was not enough to wake us (beds were very comfy).MacKenzieFamily with young children
