Soon as we pulled up there was very sketchy looking people out on their balconies, was dirty and very run down . We didn't stay in the room we booked another room and were told it was a 107 .00 cancelation fee. The pictures of the rooms on their website are not at all what the rooms look like , they are very dirty and smell . I opened the door and did not go any further. We did find out that the city houses their homeless their which is great and I'm all for that, but then keep that motel strictly for that and don't false advertise what your motel actually looks like . Absolutely horrible and I didn't even get a refund at all . If you are traveling or have children do not book this hotel

Our stay was for one night the staff at the front desk were efficient and pleasant and out room was very clean and comfortable. In the morning there was a european breakfast of bread for toast, bagels cereal , yogurt, coffee and tea. We would definitely stay here again.

Its basically next to a big plaza. Even the highway was just next block. Free breakfast and free parking. Last but never the least was the awesome staff. The young man at the desk who checked us in smoothly and the young lady in the morning was very accommodating during breakfast and check out time. Sorry i didnt remember their names. Thank you both of you and stay safe. All in alll it was an okay stay.
