Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, A Beach Breeze Inn is located in West Harwich, 4.4 km from Harwich Port which features a ferry to Nantucket. Great location and so friendly. Stayed five days and Pam was so helpful with planning out days out and her recommendations were all excellent. We will return !

Located in the seaside town of South Yarmouth, 1.9 mi from West Dennis Beach, Cape Cod Veranda features accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, free WIFI throughout the property,... Very comfortabele ‘home away from home’! Jadwiga is a real host: attentive, kind, sweet. Her breakfast is amazing, cosy near the burning fire place. Room is very clean and in ‘Cape Cod’ style. Beds are clean. It’s a small hotel, only 21 rooms. So very personal service.

The room was spacious and clean. Shower was excellent and the bathroom was clean and included a hairdryer. There was a fridge and TV (with plenty of channels!). A kettle in the room would have been lovely but I understand that’s perhaps not a big thing in the states. There’s plenty of parking and the motel is located really close to a very nice beach. The breakfast was great with cereal, bagels, decent coffee, fruit and pastries on offer. I’d absolutely recommend Ocean Breeze and would stay here again!

The stuff is really friendly and it had lots of free parking in close proximity to all the individual rooms.

We stayed here for a couple of days during our New England road trip and really enjoyed staying at Surf & Sand Beach Motel. The location is close to anything you need and perfect to seek out all the neighbouring towns and explore the Cape Cod area. Besides a nice (heated) outdoor pool it has a beautiful private beach and wonderful breeze. The outdoor shower is overlooking the beach. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The rooms have a kitchenette (with pots, pans, glassware etc.) and all have a view of the ocean with either a patio or balcony. The view of Nantucket Sound is awesome! Our room cleanliness was immaculate. Staff was absolutely lovely and very informative. The Surf & Sand Beach Motel is a great affordable place to stay. Thank you to all at the motel 😊

The rooms were very clean, esp the bathroom. Bathroom looks newly remodeled. Fantastic location across from the harbor. Within walking distance to activities. Quiet at night. Great value!
