Staffs were helpful and very kind. Breakfast was great selection of foods. Ones was good both public and private. Toyota Rent-Car was just across from the hotel. The most fantastic hotel I've stayed at. Highly recommend! The location was right in the airport. The hotel felt so relaxing and the staff was amazing! The gentleman that helped take our bags to our room was super kind and showed us how to use all the technology in the room. Was a great experience, would love to book here again.

Possibly one of our best hotel stays ever. The hotel has a quiet beauty right out of a postcard, the staff are amazing and the food sublime. They did everything to make our stay perfect. The food is one of the best I ever had at a hotel, but western travellers should make sure to set expectations regarding the food which is very japanese, it was always interesting and perfectly executed but pushed us to our limits in some cases :)

Located in Niseko, within 22 km of Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area and 16 km of Niseko Annupuri Hot Spring, Zaborin provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as... In a word everything. The property is like something out of a James Bond movie. The room was excellent with two onsen, one outside with an incredible view. The layout of the room and the decor were to our taste and amazing in its simplicity. This aspect was evident it the rest of the hotel, from the corridors with work windows strategically placed, to the communal areas. The Kaiseki dinners were also excellent and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful.

Every detail of the kaiseki dinner was special, it was in the private room and the access was easy and with privacy. We got a bedroom with a private onsen. The temperature of the water was perfect. You have to choose the hour of the dinner and breakfast, then I understood the reason, it was meticulously prepared for you.
