Ali & another gentleman, whose name I forgot but who provided the correct directions for my onward journey 3. More than enough charging points 4. There Jungle restaurant is perfect on theme, right from the decor to chairs to waiter's inform. Loved it.

    Busy area ,heart of City, near to the Bus & Railway Station. Good Veg Restaurants are around. Rooms are neat & clean. Cordial Receptionist. Worth for the money. 24 hours check in check out. Unlike other Hotels 12 noon check in. Breakfast is tasty and suffcient , needs little bit cleanliness. Safe for Family stay. Parking may be a problem. Overall worth for the money.

    Rooms well maintained, Valet Parking, Friendly and courteous staff, awesome location facing the unkal lake. Last but not the least awesome food!! My wife forgot her expensive perfume while checking out but the staff called us within 10 mins of leaving the hotel premises and we we were able to drive back to pick it up. Appreciate the pro-activeness!!

    Ananth, the Grand was supposed to be a 1-night stop over for us as we drove from Bangalore to Goa. The hotel impressed us so much that it could very well be our destination the next time. Great location, plenty of parking space, a nice turf for children to play on, an amazing restaurant with balcony tables and great food.

    Do not go to this hotel. it's my personal experience. Hotel was too bad and there is no hot water in the night time. No wi-fi. Room walls are dirty and bathrooms are in very bad shape. Commode flush is not working. cupboards got broken and mirrors got faded out. Very congested parking place, you can't park your car if you're not a PRO driver.

    The rooms are fairly big, nicely kitted and clean. Rooftop swimming pool and restaurant are a good place for dinner. Breakfast Buffet spread, though NOT lavish, fills you up adequately, even if you have a bite of each item. Basement parking, though limited, is safe to park your vehs for the night.
