The location is stunning and extremely pretty when snowing. The onsen bath is legitimately direct hot spring water and the dinner experience was basically art. The people complaining about the stairs are ridiculous, there’s one flight of stairs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is truly family- and child-friendly.
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the helpful staff at the entrance, who guided us on where to park. The check-in process was smooth, with the receptionist communicating clearly and making us feel welcome right away.
The lounge area was modern and inviting, with a nearby café offering free-flow drinks. There was also a small play area for younger children, which was a great touch to keep them entertained.
In the room, yukatas were provided for adults, and we could request smaller sizes for children at the reception. The hotel thoughtfully provided family-friendly amenities, including a diaper bin, night lights, small hangers, and even strollers for use during the stay.
Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Soft drinks were free, while alcohol was available for an extra charge.
We stayed in a Japanese tatami-style room, which was spacious and comfortable, though slightly aged. The layout was convenient, with the toilet, vanity, and bathroom separated.
The hotel also featured two onsens, which alternated between men's and women's use during the day and night. While the onsen did not provide towels, guests could bring their own from the room. There was a good selection of toiletries, and the bathing area had child-friendly stools, making it easy for little ones to wash up comfortably.
Overall Experience:
Our stay was very enjoyable, and we highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. The thoughtful amenities, friendly service, and relaxing atmosphere made for a great experience. We would definitely return!
