Well I stayed a little while ago and this time the staff very smiley Lisa and Avary both very helpful smiling and made you feel wanted. The breakfast lady always very smily and helpful. The bed very comfortable and the room cleanliness is very good. The bonus was the warm shower which I had hoped for and yep it was there. Whilst I accept it is warm always in Liberia the warm shower just makes you feel clean thats all. Breakfast there was always plenty and made to order.

I rate this hotel 10/10 solely due to its amazing staff. Particularly one receptionist, Moses, made my stay in Liberia exceptional. I told the manager he should give Moses a big bonus, which he said he would, and I hope he meant it, because without Moses and his colleagues this hotel would not deserve a rating like this.

Food in the restaurant was good. They even had a vegetarian section in the menu, being a vegetarian that was a delight for me.
Mr Salami at the front desk was very nice. I wanted a ride to Ducor Hill and he offered a complimentary ride. I needed to print something, he helped with that as well. He had a the customer service attitude. Which many other employees at this hotel lacked, they were cold in interactions,

The breakfast was good but the lunch/dinner was excellent. Your chef is great with especially fish and paster that we had one evening.
