She helped with few options to contact airport and arraignment to deliver our luggage to hotel. They upgraded us to the suite and then we booked another room at great price. Second, the staff at the hotel restaurant was very attentive and helpful. The food exceptionally delicious. The spa great. Location and area very pleasant. We were there mid September. Great stay.

The breakfast was great , diverse choice of everything and freshly made. The coffee is instant which couldbe improved by using filter coffee but is still very nice
