He is also a very gentle person, like all the other employees,including reception staff, chambermaids and waiters. My next visit to Naples will definitely be at Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel.

The location is perfect with a stunning view and easy to reach by car. A bus also stops right in front of the entrance. Staff were really friendly and pleasant; always ready to help you with anything you require. The swimming pool is great to relax and go for a refreshing swim. I also recommend booking a night (or multiple) in the restaurant: the experience is amazing and the food is delicious (and a great price/quality ratio). From this hotel you are able to visit Pompeii (with a car) and Capri (through a boat ride in Amalfi). The path of the gods (hiking trail) is also really close by. Don't worry if you come by car, the private parking space is perfect to keep it safe.
