I had told him that my mother was coeliac beforehand and he made sure that there were things at the breakfast table that she could eat (he does advise that, if you have dietary needs to inform him before your trip). The rooms were very comfortable and well-presented. He also gave us a very helpful list of nearby restaurants and shops. You could see the property easily around the town so we never worried about finding the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would absolutely book again!
