The breakfast is delicious and the staff are so helpful. Location is amazing and a stones throw away from everything in Miraflores you would need. They gave me a late check out on request and it was the nicest gesture! Would highly recommend.

Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu has a privileged location, in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores; at walking distance from the best restaurants in Peru, such as: Cevicheria La Mar,... The breakfast room was clean, well lit, had great ambiance. Breakfast was a wide assortment of foods. It was wonderful.

Situated in the financial and residential district San Isidro in Lima, this hotel is ideal for business and leisure travellers. It features modern accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool and WiFi. The hotel delivered everything that can be expected reasonably from this type of hotels and more. To celebrate the end of the vacation we booked the executive suite with jacuzzi ... and we got a sauna on top in a beautiful bathroom (although a bit dated). The staff is super friendly, there is a very accessible underground parking and excellent breakfast (not as big as in the very big chains but more than enough to enjoy)
