The 4-star Octant Furnas is located in São Miguel Island, in Vale das Furnas, site of the largest concentration of thermal waters in Europe. Pure perfection. It may be one of the best hotels in Azores if not the best. Ideal for termal relaxing time. Very good customer service.

Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico bertaraf 5 bintang yang telah diubahsuai ini menghadap ke Marina Ponta Delgada. Probably the best hotel on the island. The manager, Mr Alexandru Daralta, was very nice to us, giving us an update to the junior suite, which was spectacular. I would suggest to stay at this place, when coming to Sao Miguel, cause it's right in the city center and the hotel is super nice. We did not had the chance to try the breakfast, as we left early in the morning. This will be our base camp if we come back again on the island. :)

Brand new and modern renovation of a historic building with absolutely the most comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Incredible value for the money. This place looked like a chic Manhattan hotel and was walkable to all Ponta Delgada sights. Did I mention the food? We stayed for lunch as the breakfast was so exceptional.

The green territory, the newly renovated building, the views to the city - everything was quite special! The place is located inside of botanical garden, so there’s plenty to explore inside the property, and lots of places to hang out at. The staff was very friendly, not a corporate hotel but a cosy guest house: you get to meet and chat to the same staff every day, so they start feeling like your friends/family at breakfast.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating and helpful. breakfast was good, may add some variety to make it better rooms were wonderful but wifi spotty beds comfy, and cleaning staff wonderful property is in a good location, pool was cold and had chemicals that hurt the eyes, but the hot tub was a great alternative driveway was steep and garage very tight, would suggest small cars only

Amazing stay! Claudia, Nuno and Nicole were all incredible and helpful. The location is fantastic for exploring the Island and we got some amazing recommendations from Claudia for attractions and restaurants. The house was absolutely perfect, we had a baby crib, bath and chair ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything that we needed. The house is incredibly spacious and clean and the grounds are absolutely stunning! Thank you for an unforgettable week, we hope to be back in the future!
