Situated just 49 km from Ong Jemel, Dar Yomma provides accommodation in Tozeur with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. Very friendly people, and I loved the location right beside the oasis. It was still right beside town and easy to walk to everything, but felt like a beautiful retreat. The place is incredible, but the host is even more. Made sure our stay was perfect. The date farm is beautiful, the sun shining through the palm leaves, is magical enjoying a bottle of wine, the warm water of the pool, the bungalow, the barbacue. The host arranged tours, activities, transfer all at half the prices we checked, with door pick up. quad tours in the desert, visit the oasis, star Wars set. Even a transfer to Djerba In front there is a small café with breakfast/brunch, warm croissants and good coffee. Fast WiFi, kitchen utilities, small fridge, AC Is worth to visit Tozeur just to stay here

This is probably the single most amazing place I have ever stayed in. A small castle in the middle of the desert, comfortable, clean, fully equipped with everything you might need. Located in a pleasant garden about 1km outside Chebika village, on the border between the desert and the mountains, it is a dream come true for all who want to get away from everything and enjoy complete serenity without sacrificing their comfort. It is also a fantastic base for exploring the mountain oases of Chebika, Tamerza and Mides, and taking advantage of other hiking opportunities in the area. Florian was prompt to answer all online inquiries, and Salah, who speaks French, English, Polish and Arabic and who lives across the road (about 20 minutes walking away), was exceptionally nice, kind and helpful. Unless you are afraid of wide open spaces or sleeping in complete isolation, do not hesitate. I tend to forget 95% of places I have stayed at. Castello Bianco is one place I will remember for sure.

Dar Hi is a design hotel 1 minutes’ walk from Nefta’s palmgroves in southern Tunisia. A natural hot spring heats the outdoor swimming pool and guests can enjoy a hammam and spa treatments on site. Central location for the movie filming locations that we wanted to see. The staff was very attentive to our needs and the food was excellent.
