The rooms and baths are huge, clean, and very tastefully decorated. For me, it was an unexpected, oh wow, experience. Parking is on the street and was no issue. There are plenty of spaces and no crime in the area. The price is amazing. The one potential issue would be the lack of an elevator. If the first floor is booked, you'll have to take the gorgeous stairs. Extra points, a lot of extra points, for providing a real coffee pot with fresh ground coffee that doesn't come in a plastic bag and big porcelain mugs to drink it from.

I live Vera Bradley designs and style so the whole place—even the elevator wallpaper—was a fun pleasure. The beds were super comfy and lots of storage space. We were in the Ft Wayne suite, very spacious and comfy. Uber-quiet, too. I appreciated the hallway water and ice, nice not to have to waste plastic and buy water bottles. Nice, compact, flexible gym, even Peleton equipment. Special shoutout to the valet staff, especially Remington on our checkout day, who helped us sort out times, late checkout etc. Truly, everyone there was special, cheerful and helpful—and I regret I don’t know all the names to thank.

The room was huge and very clean and comfortable. We had a small problem with our original room that they couldn't fix and they immediately put us in another room and offered to help us move and gave us vouchers for breakfast the next morning! Excellent customer service and very friendly people! Breakfast ended up being wonderful also. Thank you so much. The girl working at the bar/restaurant downstairs was awesome too. Super friendly!
