Spotless and comfortable, with champagne and chocolates accompanied by a thoughtful note congratulating us on our 5 year anniversary. We spent nearly all mornings at the hotel's chic restaurant, Somerset, where the service and dishes were simply amazing. We would like to sincerely thank all of the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service throughout, especially Gabriel, Camille, and ofcourse Alison! 10/10 Highly, highly recommended!

A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. Amazing place, everybody was polite and kind.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and the location was handy to public transport and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful decor, friendly welcoming and helpful staff, great location with fantastic views across the city. Easy to park in the street right outside. Lovely restaurant with great food.
