The location is close to the Shakespeare Theater at Navy Pier. The view from our room was enchanting. The room was comfy and we appreciated having a coffee/tea maker to enjoy a hot beverage while viewing the lake. Moreover, I was able to check emails and get some work done from the comfort of our room.

The service and the people were absolutely amazing , I can say say without a doubt that was the best customer service we have ever received !!!!!!! But I would like to point out 3 people that just blew my mind and they went above and beyond unfortunate I don’t remember their names . I was a beautiful african American lady at the service desk and two Hispanic gentlemen , one that helped us with the suitcases and the other with our vehicle . I am German and American service has always been a bit superficial to me but these three people were so sincere in their service and friendliness it was just absolutely amazing . Please extend my deepest gratitude and thank u for being a part in our vacation .
