I recently had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic two-bedroom first-floor apartment just outside Edinburgh, and it truly exceeded all expectations. This place felt like a boutique hotel, offering luxury and comfort at every turn. The decor was chic and stylish, with modern finishes that gave the space an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. It had all the modern conveniences imaginable, from smart TVs in each room to a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. The living area was spacious and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. Both bedrooms were beautifully decorated, with plush bedding and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom's design was impeccable, featuring a shower that added a touch of spa-like decadence. Located just outside of Edinburgh, the apartment offered the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. It was easy to travel into the city while also enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The local area had a charming selection of cafes and shops, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met and providing excellent recommendations for local activities and dining options. In summary, this apartment not only met but far exceeded our expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to return on future visits to Edinburgh and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious, modern stay in a picturesque setting.

A friendly, family-run hotel situated in one of Fife's picturesque coastal villages, specialising in fresh fare, using local Scottish produce where possible.

Breakfast was superb!! There was a bar on til about 10/11pm, wasn't so sure of the closing time but there was always a drink to be had.. All the staff were REALLY helpful, very kind and pleasant!

    Location was lovely, right on the prom. Room was lovely and clean. Nice hot shower and loved the soap, shampoo ans shower gel. Plenty tea, coffee and hot chocolate and biscuit. We had lunch and breakfast in the cafe and it was excellent. Child and dog friendly. Staff were all lovely and so were the locals we spoke to. Would return in a heart beat.

    Lovely country house hotel. Very nice room, staff and restaurant. They are extremely dog friendly. Our dog was treated like a little prince. Dog bed, treats and bowls provided and we were allowed to sit in the bar area with him for dinner. He was even given a plate of sausages for his dinner! Beautiful grounds. Very quiet.
