We was booked in the restaurant as well as staying at the hotel as we arrived the staff was really warm and friendly and went to check the room was ready for us which it was and we was shown to the room which was very spacious. The room was extremely clean and pleasant as breakfast wasn't served in the restaurant in the morning we was provided with porridge tubs with a kettle and tea and coffee. The bathroom was immaculately clean with fresh clean towels and soaps provided. Extremely good value for money definitely will be going back

Location was perfect overlooking the Lake between St Anne’s and Lytham. Lovely period features in the property. Lawrence was a great host and made you feel at home. The continental breakfast was exceptional and much appreciated by my daughter!

Beautiful furnishings and interior decorating. Every appliance you could wish for (apart from a fan but who knew it would be so humid!) Clean,bright and light- lovely little garden. Very quiet and within easy reach of all amenities/town centre. We really appreciated the welcome pack - made us feel valued and welcomed. Can’t recommend highly enough.
