This is an apartment hotel, my room was a studio with a balcony on the sixth floor. The studio is small but for a single person had enough space to never feel cramped. The rooms are well designed in the layout with a wardrobe and small desk as well as a kitchen and dining area with cooking pans, plate, utensils to make regular meals. The bathroom has a shower and nice vanity and again well designed with plenty of light. A free laundry area is available on the first floor as well as a gym. Staff are very helpful. Wi-fi was excellent. The hotel is walking distance to the CBD and popular Smith Street restaurants and nightlife as well as Fitzroy and Treasury Gardens.

The room and facilities were clean, spacious and comfortable. It was in an excellent location, close to two tram lines that take you directly into the city or to major attractions. Would highly recommend staying here for any occasion.

Everything was provided, from the cooking utensils to the coffee machine. The stay I booked exceeded my expectations. Best place I have stayed so far.
