Featuring a garden and views of river, Un Jardin Secret is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Yzeron, 24 km from Musée des Confluences. The friendliness of Cathy and Christophe (the owners) is exceptional. They make everything they can to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. They went above and beyond. The surroundings are breathtaking. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. We found this hotel as it was a middle point of a 14 hour trip and I wanted to avoid the heavy traffic you find in Lyon. We stayed only for one night and it was the best decision we could have taken:, a small detour from the highway that is so worth it!! This is one of those things that one may hesitate to rate so exceptionally since one may prefer to keep as a secret to avoid not finding availability in the future :-). But it's a 10/10.
