The hotel was beautiful in an awesome location. The room was spotless, and breakfast was phenomenal. I was shocked that a breakfast this wonderful was included with the stay! We also had dinner in the restaurant and the mussels were the best I’ve ever had.

Wow - what a great place to stay for three nights just outside of Galway! The owner, Jacqueline, could not have been anymore accommodating. She was so nice and even provided us w/ an extra gift for my 50th birthday. We arrived to a beautiful Irish oasis with a wonderful view and a welcome basket. Our family enjoyed the short walk to the sea and the amazing seascapes. I can’t say enough about this cottage, it’s charm and the owner’s hospitality. If you are looking for a traditional Ireland experience then this is the place for you!

The host was very friendly and responsive, he also explained how to reach the lake. The bed was very comfortable and the room very big and with very nice custom furniture. Very good breakfast prepared by the host.

Il Dunguaire Cottages si trova a Galway, a 25 km dal Galway Irish Crystal Heritage Centre e a 27 km dal Galway Greyhound Stadium, in una zona ideale per le escursioni. Amazing location in a quaint little town with a beautiful castle just across the road from the cottages. Very spacious, clean, and relaxing. Casual 10 minute walk to the local pubs and restaurants. Host met us and was very helpful, gave us lots of tips on where to go. Loved it! This would be an amazing place for a small family reunion or friend gathering if all three cottages were rented, because it has a large garden in back. Very beautiful! Castle has medieval banquets you can attend if you prebook too!
