Amazing host (like a close friend) picked up us from the bus stand, shown the property, quick check-in formalities, again drop us at market for dinner at 1st night. It's a new property, all new. Guided us on imp tourist places and cheap transportation in Coorg. The best part was provided us homemade breakfast and tea on time, superb! We extended our stay for 2 nights, all good.... Again drop us at bus stand after check-out. Hopefully will visit again with family in winter season 😃

I recently stayed at a delightful homestay in Coorg for 2 nights, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The host was absolutely wonderful; he was pleasant to talk to, always ready to help, and went above and beyond to make our stay peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable. His warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast served was excellent, tasting just like home-cooked food. The Idli and Sambar were particularly noteworthy; they were so delicious that I might book the homestay again just for them! The cottage is situated in a perfect spot, it was quiet yet very close to the main market. This convenient location made it easy for us to visit any place in the area without any hassle. We loved being able to explore Coorg while having a peaceful place to return to. The cottage itself was very clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a peaceful stay. It was a cozy and comfortable space that provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Everything mentioned on the property listing while booking the homestay was provided. Overall, I personally recommend Moonglade Cottage for short and long stays. It provides comfort, convenience, and authentic hospitality.

TauSco Homestay & Campsite - Coorg ligger 3,6 km från Raja Seat och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. Absolutely astounding.....the earlier reviews and pics did not justify what this place is all about .And the owners of the place have also gone low key to make it standout as an attractive option. If you are a nature enthusiast and/or likes live on the lap of nature ....go for it. It has all basic facilities like a clean toilet, clean good beds with basic lazying around furniture in this 100+year old property ( its in fact a 2BHK type of rustic cottage ) in the middle of a serene jungle like location ( safe though) surrounded by coffee plantation, paddy fields and many other trees. You can enjoy strolling outside on the garden and view the hills opposite ( bang opposite to Rajas Seat) . We stayed in the cottage. There are also 5-6 tents for the camping enthusiasts . The food they serve is top notch village food and the service and behaviour of both the owner guys is friendly and prompt. I along with my family and the pet puppy enjoyed the property to the fullest and the ambience around was so enthralling that we spent quite a long time out in the middle of garden around a 🔥 bonfire till late night. Wish the property become a hotspot to homestay and nature lovers . It's not a hotel !!! ...so be mentally preoared..You wont be disheartened.. I checked out after spending two enchanting nights . Five Star from my end .

Overall, my stay was great, serene ambiance, and the warm hospitality of the hosts.

COORG PRINCE Home Stay har utsikt över bergen och erbjuder boende med en terrass och en balkong, 3,1 km från Madikeri Fort. Clean rooms, hospitable owners, great view from the rooms. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling with kids. The owners allowed us to use their kitchen to prepare kid meals. They helped us with recommendations on places to visit, shopping etc. Will definitely revisit.

ABODE Backpacker's Hostel ligger i Madikeri, 18 minuters promenad från Madikeri Fort, och har en trädgård, rökfria rum, gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen och en gemensam lounge. I stayed at the private room, and it was quite pleasant. The sunset views from the balcony were stunning, the room was spacious for one person, and the bed was comfortable.
