So clean, they clean everyday and it’s always spotless. The host is so lovely. Her dog is so cute and friendly too! Sometimes he’ll greet you at the door, this meant so much to me especially when I was missing my dog at home. The neighborhood is AMAZING. I love Koenji so much. A perfect, calm getaway from the city with still plenty of things to do. Great restaurants, thrifting, karaoke, parks, and Japanese vibes. Also Nakano is a 20 min walk away and they have a mall with Uniqlo and everything else you’d need. It’s easy to meet other people and make friends! Women-only was awesome and made me feel really safe. I can’t wait to go back and spend my entire Japan trip here. I shouldn’t have bothered with any other hotels. Nothing compares to Grapehouse Koenji!

The Peninsula Tokyo pampers its guests with a spa centre and a fitness club with a swimming pool and sun loungers, overlooking the Imperial Palace Gardens. the staff at the concierge and lobby were absolutely above and beyond their duties and our expectations. we cannot say enough about how much we appreciate their efforts to make our stay and even our departure, most memorable. Kudos to the Management and team of Tokyo Peninsula. We were considering staying at another property but we are most fortunate that we decided on the Tokyo Peninsula.

シエルコート サンシャイン is situated in the Katsushika district of Tokyo, 70 metres from Bronze statue of Genzo Wakabayashi, 300 metres from Shoganji Temple and 1.5 km from Hikifunegawa Water Park. We had some trouble collecting the keys when we arrived - I think some instructions were missing. But the host was very responsive and personally came to help us. She was a great communicator throughout the entire stay and extremely helpful and kind. Incredible value for money - the apartment is big enough, very clean and even has a kitchenette.
