The areas at the hotel are great because it is a quiet hotel but fun! Not too noisy so if you want to relax and to party this is the place. It is one of the best vacations we have done at beach. We’ll come back for sure!

The well laid out rooms which have obviously been meticulously planned to make your visit so comfortable and seamless! The spotless grounds and gardens! The well-orchestrated transport provided to and from each of the theme parks! I will be shouting the praises of this property to anyone and everyone who’ll listen and we will definitely return.

I Have traveled in Asia, North Am, and Europe, but this Airbnb was different. It was beautiful beyond words. When I entered it from the street, it felt like I walked into a universe of art, heritage and warmth. I also met some interesting travellers like art historians etc. Highly recommended when visiting Merida. Also staff is polite, courteous and responsible.

The accommodation provides an ATM, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

It is a separate suite in the yard of the local house, so you have all the possible privacy and a great opportunity to immerse into culture and chat with the family if you speak Spanish. Unfortunately, I don't and had to use Google Translate :) Even with this the couple that owns the place were doing their best to accommodate my curiosity and attempts to communicate. We were welcomed with some iced lemonade and in hot humid weather it was like a blessing! Breakfast was veeeery delicious and had traditional cuisine notes. The hosts are charming family, very friendly and caring. Muchos gracias! 10 of 10 ♥️
