Beautifully presented rooms, very spacious and had all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. Great that it is staffed 24/7 by a very friendly team.

Everything was clean, the little flower garden in between the rooms/kitchen/bathroom is absolutely lovely, there is wifi, there is a TV, books to enjoy, a very nice kitchen, the bathrooms were the kind you enjoy having a shower in. There was noone else staying the night we went so it was very very nice but it would have been lovely anyway. There is also a very cute friendly cat called Taco, which was just the cherry on top. One of my favourite stays in NZ so far.

Ubytovanie Te Tiro Accommodation sa nachádza 9,2 km od miesta Jaskyne Waitomo Glowworm. Hostia tu majú k dispozícii balkón, záhradu a terasu. Na mieste je k dispozícii súkromné parkovisko. This was the most darling cottage in the most picturesque setting. Our host, Angus, was very friendly and accommodating. We loved going to the grotto on the property to see the glow worms. We had a person in a wheelchair and getting to the cottage was not difficult despite there being a couple stairs. Great hospitality; the friendliness shown by the owner; great breakfast and awesome stargazing in the night - what more can we asked for! Am glad that she extended her house for us for a night in her cozy home. The bedsheets were the fluffiest and cozy in the chilly weather, the mini kitchen pantry was neat and whatever you need for breakfast and to make your own coffee, were available. There were head torches for us to borrow to go for a nearby bushwalk (which was about 1km walk from the farmstay) in the late evening around 8.30pm/ 9pm to see the glowworms. The lodging was located close to Waitomo Caves so a 5 mins drive from the lodging will get you to it. Overall, we have an amazing stay and we were grateful! it was too bad that we didn't stay longer to enjoy a walk through the farm.

If you read to this comment and you're wondering if you take this room, don't hesitate. You can thank me later. You'll feel at home. Lovely couple that runs it. Very respectful and good advices on what to do. Clean cabin and close from everything.

A Place in the Paddock was lovely! The surroundings of the farm and nature was really serene and it was comfortable to relax ourselves as it was away from the crowd and noise (much more peaceful than the cities). We enjoyed the view very much and even got to see the farm animals from afar, such as the cows marching at dawn and the rabbit stealing some lettuce; how cute!! Even though the weather wasn’t perfect (it was wet and dreary), we still enjoyed having a stroll around the farm and snapping photos at every opportunity. The apartment was large and cozy, with fragrance (and a cow theme which is cute) in every room, even the toilet! We even got the chance to bring a book home from the collection, but it was a pity that none caught our interest :( (I did like the 100 Wonders of the World, though…)
