Excellent staff , we felt special from arriving, it was my birthday we were upgraded to a better room and a birthday cake followed later , products and facilities were everything we needed , room was spacious, warm and cosy, great stay! The receptionist was so helpful and kind that she made a lot of calls to check if the attractions we would like to visit are accessible and easy for wheelchaired .. More than that, they helped me with my luggage since I was helping my wheelchaired wife.
