Set in Coimbra, 3.3 km from Portugal dos Pequenitos and 3.4 km from Santa Clara a Velha Monastery, Oryza Guest House& Suites offers accommodation with free WiFi and access to a garden. An oasis near beautiful Coimbra with a lot of family history and attention to detail. Luis and his staff make you feel at home instantly and once you pass through the gate, you are on holiday. We enjoyed every moment in this very special place - we would highly recommend it. While it is not in the center of Coimbra, it is only a short distance away (Euro 5 with Uber and less than 10 minutes) - and we liked being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Luis serves a wonderful breakfast with fruits and vegetables from his communal farm. And when you open that bottle of Rosé by the pool in the afternoon, life is just good.

During my stay there was a DJ and life guitar music, but there were also quite areas to rest. My dog was welcome and could be with me without leash on the area. Very good breakfast.

Very cool ‘beach house’ styled hotel, that was modern clean and well maintained. Lots of lovely touches in the common areas making it feel fresh and welcoming. Large pool area that was well tended to by staff providing drinks. Free onsite parking. An easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Be well aware when booking with children to very clearly state their ages on the booking. We booked for two adults and two children (using their correct ages) however upon checkin we were charged an additional €50 per child on top of the room rate for them to share a pull out sofa. Not sure if the issue lies with booking.com or the hotel itself but this definitely put a dampener on the stay. That aside very nice stay in a spacious and well laid out room, in a hotel with great facilities.

Ubytovanie FAMILY APARTAMENT I sa nachádza v destinácii Coimbra 3 min. chôdze od miesta Santa Clara a Velha Monastery a niekoľko krokov od miesta Portugal dos Pequenitos. The location is good. After we unloaded, we could park a car at a public parking lot easily and for free.

Ubytovanie Cantinho da Susana sa nachádza v destinácii Coimbra 4,2 km od miesta S. Sebastião Aqueduct a 4,3 km od miesta Coimbra Football Stadium a hostia sú tu ubytovaní v izbách. Susana was an amazing host, and little Arya too! They both warmly welcomed us with a wide smile, alongside some cute gifts, a cool Praxis beer and many treats for our dog... and a puppy bed that served as a soft pillow. It's not easy to find amazing stays that are truly pet-friendly as well. Location-wise, it's walking distance from Coimbra's downtown though it might still be better to use a car since it's a bit of a climb. There's a supermarket, a few cafés, and most points-of-interest south-west of the river close-by. The room has it own entrance and a small patio, which is convenient (Susana lived upstairs), and it was very cozy and well decorated. While it does not have a kitchenet per-se, it actually felt more like an apartment, and would be great for shorter stays or those looking to eat out more often (the city has tons of great restaurants). The microwave and coffee-maker should fulfill most needs.

Everything was amazing. Beautiful place and Maria and the young boy were so helpful. Love the place and the little conversation we had. The property is gated so for rented car amazing so you not worry. The place is shared place but clean and beautiful.
