We had everything we needed. It was awesome. The hosts were very helpful and quick to answer over phone call or text. Friendly goats as neighbors were a big plus!

It is a little far from the city, but excellent for a vacation. I will probably book again when I come to Romania.

Situated just 7.3 km from Vidraru Dam, Casa Matteo offers accommodation in Arefu with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. Beautiful, clean, quiet, cozy, big yard where the kids could play, great location for Transfagarasan, restaurants where we could eat at fair prices nearby. Very generous owner as we got the bigger part of the house, although we booked the small one. We would come back anytime.
