What I enjoyed most: 1 - The location > Unlikely, most of the other Hotels in Velingrad, Kashmir is a gem in the nature, I truly appreciated all the green surrounding the structure. 2 - The Staff > All the staff in the hotel is well-mannered and helpful, with a special mention to the waiters in the restaurant. 3 - The Spa > Without any doubt the best SPA I've been in Velingrad. The SPA area in the middle of the wood is a huge plus, and a great experience. 4 - The food > Kudos to the chef! The food quality and the great selection of dishes was really exceptional. 5 - The Room > Our room was great, with a lovely balcony, and very well furnished.
