Located on Pigeon Mountain, this resort features a pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. A fireplace and a balcony with mountain views are offered in cottages. Lake Louise is 1 hour’s drive away. This place has everything you need and more — huge advantages are: pool, sauna, large common area for games and activities and, of course, the amazing view of the mountains. Great starting location for both nearby parks and Calgary, yet close to the forest, nature and very quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer, as our stay here was perfect :)

Friendly and helpfull staff, excellent bus driver on the shuttle bus to Lake Luise provided by the hotel, he gave us very interresting information on the way to and from Lake Luise and made our visit there very special

Offering an outdoor pool and a fitness centre, Blackstone Mountain Lodge is located in Canmore. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all rooms. Canmore city centre is 4 minutes’ drive away. What an excellent place to stay while visiting Banff national park. The kitchen and the in-room laundry machines were much needed and great to have. Beds, staff, ambience all great.
