The staff provided exceptional service, giving a thorough tour of the hotel and explaining every detail. The restaurants were wonderful, the nightclub had great music, a fantastic band, and excellent drinks. The attention on the beach and at the pool enhanced the experience, providing maximum comfort.

We got a car and they arranged the parking very easily ( parking is extra and not a lot. it's mentioned so we were aware). The staff was always very helpful with recommendations and more. The place itself and the room were beautiful. Breakfast...OMG! DELICIOUS and a lot!!! A water machine is available to refill your bottles or carafes ( provided). I honestly have no pain points to share! Everything in Merida was a close walk from the hotel. Great location.

Aquest allotjament està situat a la bonica platja de l'illa de Holbox i ofereix privacitat a poca distància a peu del centre de la ciutat. L’habitació és bonica i ben decorada i te un ventilador que permet evitar posar l’aire acondicionat. Les hamaques davant de la platja està molt be. Tenen aigua a tot arreu i pots reomplir les ampolles. Això evita comprar ampolles de plàstic. Pots anar caminant facilment a veure els flamencs a primera hora del matí.
