We absolutely loved everything about this place. A quiet paradise away from all the big tourist groups. The owners are adorable, and the food was delicious, everything is super clean. We enjoyed the pool and caught the last sunrays in the hammocks.

The room was very spacious, modern and clean. There was a balcony with a spectacular view on the canyon. The food was great. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and gave us the warmest welcome. This colonial-style mansion is situated at the edge of Arequipa’s centre, 7 blocks from Plaza de Armas. It provides accommodation with private balcony, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel itself was a lovely colonial style building with tasteful furnishing and lovely gardens. The restaurant was lovely and had an Incan burial site in an alcove to the restaurant which was interesting. The room was large with a lovely small balcony to sit out on during the day. The owner was absolutely lovely and helped with taxi reservations. Breakfasts were good without being lavish, the Granola was particularly good

I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they made sure I could eat. They were very accommodating and helped us with transportation to and from the airport.

We were lucky and had the hotel for us alone. The pool is refreshing, the breakfast is great and the rooms are cleaned every day.

With Colca Canyon reachable in 34 km, Paraiso Las Palmeras Lodge provides accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar. After trekking 11h we were looking forward to jump into the pool and eat. Pool was really nice: don't understand the other reviews. Dinner was vegetarian and was around 20 soles. Breakfast at 5am with loooots of carbs Room was OK, hot water, clean, towels, good wifi.
