An excellent location for families with children. The hotel is on the slopes. You can rent all your ski equipment from the hotel. The food is very, very good, the rooms are very clean and modern, the beds are comfortable. The spa area is very well maintained and has many saunas and good. I recommend the hotel for a dream skiing vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grey Hotel in Kopaonik! This gorgeous hotel is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—ideal for a restful night's sleep. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view, and the fresh, cool air only added to our restful sleep. The hotel has recently expanded, with a new addition opening in December 2023, and everything feels fresh and modern. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that kept us full for the rest of the day. The staff were all polite, helpful, and nearly everyone spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Grey Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Kopaonik. We can’t wait to return!

The welcome, especially to our dog was exceptional. Cozy and a good spa area with a hot tub and a good supermarket across the road and parking- especially for the price - amazing! And they take cards which is convenient.

Location was perfect, not far away from the ski center (ski slopes). Parking on site was free. Great SPA facility, with very easy access. SPA was part of same building, and was very well equipped, and very well heated. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and attended to every need of ours.

The swimming pool is amazing. The food is very nice, they serve fresh fruit as well. The hotel is not in the center which makes it a perfect place to escape the city. The rooms are very clean. Great value for money.
