Localizado a 1,6 km do Bairro Francês de Nova Orleans, este hotel dispõe de piscina ao ar livre e banheira de hidromassagem. O Wi-Fi é grátis. Location was great. Just a few blocks from the craziness of Bourbon St. Also beside green street car to Garden district and Hop on Hop off bus. What made the holiday were the staff. From check in, we were warmly welcomed and that hospitality lasted throughout our stay. Every one of thier staff members would bend over backwards to accommodate you or just say hello when passing. It was truly exceptional. From Patrick at breakfast to Renaldo at reception, they always had time for us. I have stayed in top 5 star hotels that have not managed that level of hospitality. The drinks and evening snacks where of a very high standard, as was the breakfast. We were on a 3 week tour of different US States and staying in 6 different hotels, this was by far our favourite.

It was really nice , well designed decor, very clean , smelled really nice upon entry and throughout the hotel , front desk people were very friendly and polite and helpful. The room itself was very spacious and up to date and beds were very comfortable for being away from home. This hotel should be a 5 star . Id recommend it to anyone.

They even allowed us to use the lobby when the weather turned so bad outside. It was amazing!
