We ran into little problems with our booking, we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and one room was canceled by the hotel staff by accident. The night shift manager corrected the issue so we could check in , but the reservation still needed to be solved so we didn’t have to pay extra. The morning manager Ms Laurelle Whitaker and the front desk agent name Kim have gone out of their way, helping me to locate booking.com info, contacting booking.com to straight everything out while handling other tasks of a busy morning . Their efforts to work and make sure the hotel provides 100% positive care for customers are greatly appreciated by us .

Communication was excellent with property manager and the location was perfect for us and our dog, just a block off boardwalk that led to a very nice dog park on beach. Room was cozy and comfortable and right next to pool. Loved the retro and beachy furnishings!

The location is super convenient to boardwalk and Hassles (Ice Cream Parlor) is just a few steps away! We truly enjoyed our impromptu stay and we’ll certainly visit again. It was hard to leave! With a seasonal outdoor pool and a sun terrace, ICONA Avalon is a short distance from the beach. Cape May is 27.3 km away. Just a little crazy in the morning with people cleaning and blocking doors etc but overall I enjoyed it

Mahalo Cape May ตั้งอยู่ในเคปเมย์ ห่างจากหาด Cape May Public Beach 70 ม. This resort was perfect. The location, the staff, the room everything was perfect. Jojo at the front desk was amazing. This resort included beach chairs, umbrellas and was all taken over to the beach by someone at the hotel Also included is transportation into town and back.
