The hotel itself is very clean, big and beautiful. The outdoor swimming pool is not so big but very good with wonderful view. The gym is not big too but very good. Both swimming pool and gym were empty every time I came there. The staff is very professional and friendly, customer oriented. Every person strive to resolve any request promptly. The transfer to the Al Khan beach is provided at 10:00 and back to the hotel at 13:00. There are a lot of supermarkets and not expensive restaurants around the hotel. We used to have a dinner and suffer at the Syrian restaurant in front of the hotel across the via Al Taawun - Khubz & Meleh Restaurant - the food there is very delicious and affordable, the staff is the best one.

We stayed for a week here. Everything was just perfect. Great sea view from the balcony! The room was very clean, the bedsheets were changed every day, complementary bottles of water were given to us in the room as well at the beach every day. The beach is just across the street from the hotel, there are more then enough sun beds there, free drinks for all inclusive too. The sea is great, the beach is perfect with the soft sand. The food in the hotel was very good and little cakes for a dessert were just delicious, we remember them fondly. Big thanks for all personnel there, our short vacation was wonderful because of you.
