Set in Dubai, a few steps from Marina Beach, FIVE Luxe offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. We arrived very early in the morning, and even though check-in was at 3:00 PM, we were allowed to use all the hotel facilities and relax after our journey, like the pool and sunbeds. Plus, the reception staff went above and beyond to get us our room by 11:00 AM and even gave us a delicious cake for our anniversary! The hotel has a modern design and is super clean, definitely a real 5-star, unlike many others in the city. The on-site spots—Playa Pacha, Ronin, Goose Island and Paradiso—are top-notch and a lot of fun. There is very good sunbeds by the pool and the sea for everyone. There’s also a separate area for kids, so the pools near the Pacha DJ set are mostly for adults. With three pools, families usually stick to the one farthest from the event. We stayed in the Luxe Studio, and it was amazing. The bathroom was really spacious with two sinks, a privacy door toilet, and a large shower and bathtub. The bed was super comfy, and the view was fantastic. The room is full of smart features, letting you control the lights and electric curtains with touch switches that are always within reach. In my opinion, the hotel is in the best part of Dubai Marina, perfectly ventilated, with long walks along the sea, plenty of shops and restaurants, all the way to Bluewaters Island. The best part is the staff; they made us feel really at home. The reception team and the cleaning staff on the 13th floor were amazing. They cleaned our room perfectly every morning, fitting our schedule, and it was always spotless and fragrant. In the afternoon, a staff member (whose name I can't remember but who was great) would check if we needed anything else or more mineral water (sealed in glass and provided by the hotel). The staff at Pacha were also fantastic; we really enjoyed Anisha's company. Overall, the value for the service in a place like this is unbeatable and incomparable to any other place I’ve stayed in Dubai. I’ll come back here every time I visit.
