Sam pays attention to every detail. He made our company feel welcome and quickly offered ideas for site seeing and hotel services. My guests were very impressed with his professionalism. The room was great, and staff throughout the hotel were very pleasant. It is so good to see a team working so well together. Valet service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was amazing from the first step out of the car. The fresh flowers and tranquil water throughout the hotel was top notch! Stores offered wonderful gift selection. The buffet had every detail we could ask for ! I can not say enough for the care you receive while staying here. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offer quality prepared dishes, sure to temp your taste buds. We were delighted with the entire experience, and we can not wait to return.

I had an amazing experience during my stay. The hospitality and service provided by the team were top-notch, making my time here truly memorable. At the reception, Abhishek, Alaa, Maris, and Neha were exceptionally welcoming and efficient. They handled everything with professionalism and ensured all my queries and needs were met with a smile. Their warmth and attention to detail set the tone for a great stay. The housekeeping staff, including Raju, Nimasha, Vishvanath, and Lin Shwe, did an outstanding job. My room was always spotless, and they were quick to assist whenever I needed anything. Their dedication and hard work were evident in the level of cleanliness and comfort I experienced. Overall, the staff made my stay incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return!
