The house was decorated beautifully and had all the facilities like a full-fledged kitchen, fridge, utensils, gas hob, Oven, Microwave, Washing machine, dryer, reverse AC in the Hall and tower fans in the bedrooms. Verandah at both the front and back of the house. Free Netflix account to watch movies. As a bonus, the Owner offered free WIFI also.

First, would be the hospitality from Fran and Michael, we received a text message from Fran letting us know our room was ready and to let them know when we were 30 minutes out. When we got there Michael (and the chickens) were there with our keys ready to go. He gave us the lay of the land and mentioned some walking paths on the property. The room was pretty spacious and the bed was very comfy. Will definitely be staying here the next time we come down to Phillip island.

Beautiful cottage set in a quiet and convenient location, a stone throw away from amenities you might need - supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Brian and Michele are lovely hosts who put in lots of thought and attention to details. The cottage we stayed in was really cosy, complete with a fireplace. Will definitely be back again!

The breakfast was superb. It is stated as continental but it is better than that with poached eggs, bacon and pancakes also available. Freshly prepared Coffee and Tea are served. Richard and Evie are exceptional hosts. The facilities in the room are 5 star and well maintained. The surrounding gardens are beautiful. Perfect location for all the sights on Phillip Island including The nightly penguin parade.
