We love visiting Oaks Port Stephens! The facilities are fantastic and the pool is like no other! This visit we stayed in room 10, a hotel room close to the main entrance and restaurant. The location was perfect for us and had plenty of parking. The staff at reception were so helpful during the check in process and all throughout our stay. The pool height at 1.1m is perfect for everyone (including my 7 year old) to enjoy and safely make their way around the resort. There are many amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Riverside while exploring the Port Stephens area. Lisa was very friendly and informative about where to go and what to see. There's a small shop opposite the hotel and the room has a fridge, microwave and kettle so we had all we needed for breakfast which we ate in the sunshine at the table and chairs on the small patio outside our room. The water pressure was great and the bed was very comfortable. I really recommend a stay here.

During this trip, we suffered from a storm in Port Stephens. For two out of the three days, the hotel had no electricity and internet. Fortunately, the kitchen had a gas stove, so we were able to cook. The kitchen was fully equipped, though we didn’t have the chance to use most of the appliances. Overall, the hotel stay was quite comfortable.

Very comfortable and stylish apartment with lots of home comforts such as full kitchen, bbq, laundry, Netflix to use. Proximity to beach and local shops was useful but it's also a good base to get around the whole Port Stephens area. Great communication from owner!

The Hotel is very central to shops, cafes, restaurants, beaches and walks. It is excellent value for money especially having it's own pool and entertaining area. The Little Nell cafe is excellent with the food and coffee being the best in Port Stephens.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, lovely and peaceful with a beautiful view of Port Stephens. It’s just a short walk to the bay and marina nearby.

Beautiful peaceful environment. Central location for all Port Stephens tourist activities, especially good being near Nelson Bay area. Very secure location, gated etc. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

Fantastic location right by the beach. Plenty of space for our family including 3 young children. Apartment was well equipped. We will look to book here again for our next stay in Port Stephens.

It was the quiet season and rainy but we sat on the front veranda outside our glamping tent and watched the ocean, koalas, a possum ran right in front of our feet. It was the most magical day, completely with nature (which is a big say for me as I live in a van normally so am normally in nature). Toilet and shower block was average but clean.

We were on a road trip to the snow and sadly arrived late both times to appreciate our surroundings. We appreciate the phone calls months ago as we had booked two nights one week apart that would have looked like a booking mistake on our behalf so thank you all for making sure we had booked both dates.

Perfect location, walking distance from everything. Very clean. Beautiful place to visit a wonderful part of the world

I loved everything, the apartment was really nice, fully furnished, makes me feel at home :). It was so close to the beach and from coffees and shops. And, the team was really welcoming and so nice. I can only highly recommend it.

We loved the resort especially for all the kids they had so much for them and it was ana amazing experience we booked 6 cabins for 6 different families and we all had a blast so much things to do from pools to bike riding to bowling to movie night and also the jumping for the kids
