Set in Kavarna, Laguna Terrace features a terrace, restaurant, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the manager (Danny) and the restaurant staff. Thankfully they spoke some English! The hotel is situated on a pedestrianised, tree-lined street, which was surprisingly quiet during our stay (14-19 June '23). The restaurant terrace overlooks tall green trees, with lots of birdsong, giving it a rural feel. We enjoyed the tranquillity of this hotel's location, though some may find the small town of Kavarna just too quiet and uneventful. For those seeking sea and sand, it's 5-minute drive from the local beaches, a good 25 minutes' walk (and uphill coming back). We took a taxi to Cape Kaliakra, definitely worth a visit (make sure you use sun screen and take a hat, as there's very little shade and it's quite windy). Kaliakra is too far to walk from Kavarna, especially as it's along a main road without pavements. Back to the hotel. Our room was spacious, light and comfortable. The beds were OK, though a little softer than we like. The hotel and restaurant were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated/furnished. We had several evening meals in the restaurant, as the food is good and fairly priced. Breakfast (included in our package) was tasty and filling - brilliant omelettes! Also, the home-made carrot cake is superb.

It is a great place with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities for a fulfilling relaxation. You get an indoor heated pool and two outdoor pools. There is a brand new spa zone and also a game room. The beach is just across the street and the food is also good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Situated in Kranevo, less than 1 km from Kranevo Beach, ApartHotel Olympus Plaza features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. We have been observing the hotel for few years, even while it was being built, but it was our first stay in there. What makes excellent first impression is the cleanliness - premises, towels, sheets. The room was huge and it was one of the largest double beds I have seen so far. We did not have the chance the check on internet or TV - we were just not there for that. There was enough place to park in front, the receptionists were helpful. The whole neighborhood is silent and although some may consider the place distant from the beach, this has been our region in Kranevo, few times per year to stay and it offers much better experience than anything closer to the beach, where one would not be able to relax, despite the price tag of the hotel - even Casa di Fiore or Therma.
