Kind and helpful staff. Clean room with balcony, good bed, fridge, tv, kettle. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday. 👍

Smeštaj je fenomenalan... Deca kažu da hoće da se presele i žive u njemu... :) Veoma prostran i lepo opremljen apartman. Može da spava više od 4 osobe. Prilaz objektu je sa glavnog puta ka Smoljanu, Objekat ima svoj parking prostor i garažu koja se doplaćuje. Sa 3. sprata se izlazi na nivo koji vodi ka ski stazi, a koja je udaljena oko 100m. U okviru kompleksa se nalaze restorani i prodavnice, kao i spa centar.

This hotel is great, spa was good and the staff really polite. It is really clean and well maintained. The fact that there are 2 SPA centers and children are not allowed in one of those is an excellent idea. ( I have 2 children). The size of the apartment was actually bigger than expected.

Особље се трудило да буде од помоћи у свакој прилици (поздрав Кристини са рецепције). Даме које су се бавиле одржавањем и хигијеном реаговале су сваки пут на наше захтеве (од “не треба ништа” па до “треба нам то и то на такав начин). Храна је била свежа, цена за ручкове и вечере више него повољна. Спа зона изненађујуће добра. Апартман са две спаваће собе уредан, комбинација модерног и традиционалног.

The location is truly amazing! I think the pictures can’t show the full beauty of the view. The area also is beautiful. Make sure to visit the city Zlatograd that is very close. Also Greek beaches are 2 hours away. Awesome location! The staff was very friendly and kind all the time. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, I can’t stress this enough!

Everything was great! 🥰 The staff is very friendly and very helpful. On request they can organize a trip with an offroad vehicle to the closest nature attractions - Eagle’s peak, Yagodina cave, Devil’s throat cave, etc. The rooms in the hotel are very comfortable and with an amazing view of the Rodopa mountain. And the last, but not the least- the restaurant! The food there is extremely delicious! We didn’t have enough time to try everything on the menu, but whatever we did was exceptional! We were very happy that we chose this hotel and we will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful guesthouse situated seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The drive to get there is not for the faint of heart, and we recommend driving during daylight, but it's all part of the adventure :-) The accommodations are peaceful and quiet, with breathtaking views of hills and mountains. Some folks visit the area just to begin a hike, but we stayed overnight in the charming hotel—definitely worth it. The restaurant on the main floor is open to all and, given the remote setting, is the only nearby dining option. We will return to Hotel Mursal next time.
