Water, fridge (for all out market goodies) slippers, iron, + thoughtful details like an umbrella, and much more. All presented beautifully with nice ribbons and packaging. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and kind. They made sure that our every need was addressed. They even accommodated for a slightly later check out due to some issues we had. Very updated look + free upgrade to a window room. It is easy to see they take great pride in their accommodations and a positive experience for their guests. Loved our stay here and would come again.

Si tratta del classico hotel economico di buona qualità che si trova nel Sabah. Senza indulgere in lussi troverete tutto quello che serve: letti comodi, doccia funzionale, the e caffè con distributore di acqua calda e fredda nella sala comune, un ottimo impianto di aria condizionata e un wi fi stabile e potente, tra i migliori del nostro viaggio nel Borneo. La struttura è a due passi dal waterfront, dove ci sono diversi locali carini, affacciati sul mare, in cui cenare o bere qualcosa.

Ottimo Hotel come appoggio per i vari tour nel Borneo. Paesino intorno molto semplice, con giusto qualche locale per mangiare e qualche negozietto, anche un centro commerciale di fronte. Mare vicino con un odore abbastanza nauseabondo. Camera pulita, piccola, giusto per stare 1/2 notti. Colazione inclusa in un bar di fianco, possibilità di scelta di molto salato, meno dolce.

Everything! We were staying up the road and were extremely unhappy and once I messaged Nexus we were checking in early to our beautiful ocean view room. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were extremely accommodating. This resort has everything in one spot and we’re lucky enough to basically have it all to ourselves during low season. There’s place to relax on the beach or the pool, heaps of restaurants to choose from (some closed due to low season numbers) bars, huge chess board, darts, pool, a wellness spa, kids club, hammocks, literally everything you need. Do keep in mind in low season some things aren’t open but we had the best time and it would be even better during peak season!

Everything was excellent! The spacious 1 bedroom suite was amazing with steam shower and whirlpool bath. We had balcony facing swimming pool and the beach. Very quiet place with not so many people around...you can have the beach just for yourself most of the day. Cleaning every day. Staff very helpfull..organized for us car rental, airport transfer and trips. The place is a bit remote (restaurants are in the Nexus hotel nearby-free transfer) or you can walk along the beach. I loved that we got a pocket wifi..so we could stay connected everywhere.

Lovely small independent resort that's been around since 1995, but has been beautifully and immaculately maintained. Alot of local wood is used everywhere, gardens with plantings The location is on the edge of Kundasan with a great view of the mountain. There is a large viewdeck to watch the sunset behind the mountain and surrounding range, and see sunrise as light falls on the foothills. Rooms are spacious with indoor seating area facing the mountain thru large windows. There's also a large balcony with seating to watch the view The staff are very friendly. The food is ok but tourist grade - best advice is to stay w standard Malaysian dishes and avoid western dishes. There is a separate bar that they will open for you, since the restaurant is halal

The room was very clean, with fresh linens and spotless surfaces. The bathroom was well-maintained and hygienic. The bed was soft and comfortable, with cozy pillows and blankets. The room had a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
