We book at Sterling Inn because of the good review it has and the stay was beyond expectations. The hotel is very confortable and the best of all is the staff. We arrived very early in the morning and the receptionist change our room to a better one with a early check in. If we return to Niagara Falls we will certainly repeat in this hotel.

Location to Niagara Falls is only a hop skip and a jump to see the Falls. It was one of the BEST Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed at! The wildlife was plenty on the grounds. Thank-you for the amazing service. Will definately come back to stay.

Spent 2 nights at the courtyard with my family of 4. We had an infant with us and required afew things which the staff happily sorted us with. We were on 10th floor with the City views which were breath taking. Amazing first time experience and given the chance would visit the same place again. And yes its a 10 minute walk to view the amazing niagra falls

After we returned from an evening exploring, a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries were waiting for us—such a nice touch. Everything was perfect. I 100% recommend.

There is a lot of snow outside, we rented a room to celebrate a family holiday, and it is great family day with snowing outside.We have a car, there is free parking, the motel consists of three blocks, one is being renovated, we lived with a view of the main street, well-insulated rooms, heating from the air conditioner is not noisy, room very warm. We had very large two beds, slept well. In the room there is a refrigerator, microwave, TV. The bathroom is clean, towels, soap and shampoos are available. Everything in the bathroom is clean and new. The room is very large, there is a table, chairs, there is an entrance door to another room next door, an internal door. It is great to have two families rent rooms next to each other. Our room is non-smoking. And next to it too. It is great. Many thanks to the admins. There is a door from the room - an exit to the street, where you can park your car right next to the room. Now it is winter, but in the summer you can use the pool in the middle of the motel. There are chairs - if you want to look at the snowfall weather, sit, go out, watch the snowfall, you can. I'm kidding. Very friendly admins, 24/7 coffee, tea, juice. I wish you success and we will definitely come here again. Breakfast:good, has everything for breakfast: coffee , sausages, eggs, bread.Room was clean.Excellent location for those who like a quiet holiday. By car you can reach the waterfall in 10 minutes. Unlike other hotels this one was very quiet even outside was quite compared to where I live, honestly someone could of dropped a quarter from the other parking lot and you could of hear it.
