I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

Located in Thun, 29 km from Bärengraben, Schloss Schadau - Swiss Historic Hotel provides accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This 3-star hotel offers a bar. Living in Australia, we don't have castles. So the opportunity to stay in a castle was too good to pass up. Schloss Schadau did not disappoint. We were met at reception by Helen who could not have been more helpful and was also had a wealth of knowledge about the property. She personally showed us to our beautiful room which had a magnificent view of the lake and the Alps behind. If you stay here you simply MUST have dinner here as well. Again there is no escaping from the fact that you are in a castle ! The dining room(s) are luxurious and the food and the service are excellent, matching the decor. Breakfast is served in the same location. It wasn't cheap, but hey ! It's a castle. If you are able to stay one night or more here. You should do it. Unforgettable.

Very good experience. We had a late check in and it was no problem. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was traditional and delicious. The staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend!

Everything was wonderful. Amazing staff and beautiful view. Very big apartment with 2 separate rooms. Women who helped us were very friendly and very helpful. ❤️ Love this place, and I am absolutely sure that I am coming back soon.

Everything was perfect, the room was really spacious and clean, with all the necessities. The staff is very professional, kind and very helpful. Also all the other parts of the resort are so relaxing and for sure I want to go again and enjoy the pools and sauna because I didn't have enough time to do it. I just love that place 💕
