Wonderful stay at a fantastic property with incredible staff members. The property is new and the staff were knowledgeable and kind. We didn’t understand how the air conditioner worked so we called the front desk and they were able to correct it for us. We will definitely stay here again!

This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered. I've asked several questions prior to my visit and the hotel always came back with prompt and helpful responses! The owner of the hotel, a lovely lady, greeted me at the reception and provide great travel advices in Interlaken. The location of the hotel is amazing - less than 10 mins to Interlaken West train station, and around 15 mins to go to the old town (Unterseen). Breakfast buffet includes delicious Swiss bread, cheese, meat slices, and cereals. Highly recommend it!

The hotel was awesome. We were in the Star & Sky room which was fabulous. Lucas (front desk) greeted us and he was very professional and friendly. He provided us with all the info we needed for the area. The spa was a fabulous addition to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The design of the hotel was incredible and well thought out.

It has a gym and offers free WiFi. a beautiful, small family hotel with soul. excellent, delicious food, although at first glance it seems that there are not too many choices (for dinner, the choice is between 2 main dishes, but whichever one you choose will leave you speechless 😊). excellent domestic wine and a large selection of coffee. everyone is very hospitable, and when you first step into the hotel, you are won over by the receptionist, who is extremely witty and nice. we spent a wonderful 5 days, enjoying skiing, excellent sleep, good food and ambience. thank you ❤️
