Situated in Altdorf, Berggasthaus Eggberge has a garden, terrace, restaurant, and free WiFi throughout the property. We stayed here only for the one night but it was amazing experience. The owner of this hotel is very nice and friendly, the view on the mountains is gorgeous and the diner was so big that I’ve barely finished my dish. The hotel itself looks like it had renovations pretty recently (no mold in the bathroom or any kind of dirt on the walls etc.) Our room was super clean and cozy. Wonderful.

You can start off your day, with a lovely breakfast including: fresh croissants, made to order eggs, cheeses, meats, juice, yogurt, muesli and phenomenal coffee. Need I say more. This hotel also has an amazing restaurant for lunch and dinner. I would recommend, making reservations for any meals, prior to arrival. The Chef has an excellent reputation and his dishes, are just amazing. He outsources his ingredients from the surrounding area and it is truly a lovely experience.
